Alpine Country Exotic Dry Fruits
Tejas & Co's new venture, Alpine Country Exotic Dry Fruit is set up to dry and sell exotic fruits such as apples, kiwis, pears, and plums. These fruits are handpicked from the fruit orchards of Himachal Pradesh. Himachal Pradesh, as you know, is famous for its apples, but many of you wouldn't know that Himachal Pradesh is also famous for other exotic fruits such as kiwis, pears, and plums, in addition to strawberries, raspberries, cherries and apricots.
The fruits are dried and packaged using state-of-the-art machines, with no human interface in the entire process. This ensures that the dried exotic fruits are packaged under the most hygienic of conditions, so that no moisture content affects the dried fruits.
Dried fruits are among the most healthy snacks that one can have. In fact, these exotic dry fruits can be substituted for oil based snacks such as potato chips. In addition to the Founder - Director of Tejas & Co being a key member of the venture, Mr. Gaurav Sharma and Mr. Ashish Sithta play a key role in the growth and development of this venture.
Mr. Ashish Sithta will be responsible for purchasing high quality fruits from a number of fruit orchards so that they could be dried and processed for packaging. Having a fruit orchard at his home, Mr. Ashish Sithta is very well posed to take on the role of Procurement Head at Alpine Country Exotic Dry Fruits. He brings in extensive experience from the Merchant Navy and has a vision that edges towards creativity.
Mr. Gaurav Sharma comes with experience in technical consulting in the power sector, and will hold the responsibility of quality and technical aspects such as machinery and tools, as well as finance, supply chain and logistics for the venture.
