With over 15 years of experience in consulting, HR and teaching, having worked in the industry as well as educational institutions. While he is adept in teaching a variety of subjects, linking theoretical concepts and real life applications, he is a very passionate entrepreneurship educator with experience in organizing entrepreneurship courses and workshops in Universities and Colleges. 

His experience in handling all round administrative and academic activities in Management institutions – including design of syllabus for courses and faculty assignment etc. has come in handy in this venture. He is responsible and articulate with ability to get down to the essence of a business problem and make quick decisions.

As Founder Director and CEO of Tejas & Co., he is responsible for Quality, ensuring that e-books and all content are free of spelling and grammatical errors as well as check them for plagiarism.

He is a multi-faceted and multi-talented individual, and ensures that all translations meet the stringent quality standards that he has set for the organization.

Apart from having recruited and managed employees, he is also adept in hiring and managing a virtual team of writers and has demonstrated his capability in ensuring that the writers return their work on time, they are checked for quality, proofreading them and delivering them to the client.

He holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering. He is also pursuing PhD from Aligarh Muslim University.
